By accessing and using Edutechzonce services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Edutechzonce provides:
3.1 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
3.3 Prohibited Conduct: You may not use our services for unlawful purposes or violate any applicable laws.
3.4 Course Participation: Active participation in courses and adherence to course schedules is expected for optimal results.
Our job guarantee is subject to specific conditions including course completion, assessment performance, and active participation in placement activities. Detailed terms are provided in individual course agreements.
All course materials, content, and educational resources are proprietary to Edutechzonce and protected by copyright laws. Students receive a non-transferable license to use materials solely for personal learning purposes.
• Course fees must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule
• Late payment may result in suspension of access to course materials
• All fees are subject to applicable taxes
• Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy
Edutechzonce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the specific course or service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violation of these terms, non-payment, or inappropriate conduct. Students may terminate their enrollment subject to our refund policy.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
